Those who care for the children and families of Prince William County are deeply moved and troubled by this week's events in Pakistan. Our hearts and prayers go out to the victims, their familes, and loved ones.

Sudley Announcements
Sudley Elementary School Designated 2014 School of Excellence

Our students have the distinction of attending a Prince William County Public Schools School of Excellence. School of Excellence is the highest recognition awarded to schools by the PWCS School Board. It signifies high levels of performance on state accreditation, Annual Measurable Objectives, and in moving toward the goals of the Division's Strategic Plan.

Congratulations to everyone who helped to earn this important indicator of student success.  We are proud of our students, their families, our staff, and the Sudley community.

Notice to the Public
Greetings Sudley Elementary community members.

The school board has established a planning board to assist in the development of boundary change proposals prior to the opening of the new Devlin elementary school in time for the opening of the 15-16 school term. The implementation of changes to the current school boundaries will permit the School Board to eliminate the temporary classrooms currently in use throughout the district. Mr. Don Crissup is the Sudley Elementary school representative on this planning board and can be reached via Email at doncrissup@gmail.com.

Planning board meetings occur weekly on Mondays (10 & 17 Nov, 1 & 15 Dec). There will be two community meetings, 24 Nov & 8 Dec at Piney Branch and Loch Lomond respectively, wherein the proposals under consideration will be briefed to the public.

The following internet web address provides the initial boundary change proposal and supporting information. http://facilitiesservices.departments.pwcs.edu/modules/groups/homepagefiles/cms/1007127/File/School%20Boundary%20Information/Devlin_Road_ES/Devlin_Boundary.html

Community members who have comments, issues or concerns and wish them discussed prior to the aforementioned community meetings are encouraged to contact Don Crissup via his gmail Email account.
